To ensure you get the best quality video, create a property description that is visual, and shoot property images that match the description BEFORE YOU START THE VIDEO CREATION PROCESS. Remember you are making a visual showcase, so first create a script that is cinematic since it is a blueprint for the photographer to shoot the matching images. Here's the best way to do that.

The property description text you enter will use AI to generate a narration for your video. The text should be edited to avoid non-visual features that are difficult to capture in a photograph (like AC systems, security/alarm systems, school/shopping areas etc).

Once you have your edited property description, give it to your photographer. They will need to capture 1 or 2 images for each property feature described in the text. Before uploading to our system, create a folder on your hard drive with the best photos and put them in the order the text describes.

Keep in mind that AI can mispronounce words, so avoid abbreviations like “Bl.” for boulevard, "&" for “and” etc. By adding ellipses ... you can cause pauses in the narration. The good news is that you can easily go back and edit your text if the narration seems off.
